Treyarch has a number of patches for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 this month. The developer released the first of these roles earlier this week, which included new featured playlists. Now the fans get a preview of the next update of the game.
On Reddit, the studio announced next week what awaits Black Ops 4. All three modes of the game will get some attention. Zombies is ready to get Gauntlets, which Treyarch describes as “curated 30-round challenges with unique rules for each round”. From the 15th to the 18th of January, the developer organizes a 115-day Celebration Event in mode. The event is available on all platforms and offers double XP, weapons XP and nebulium plasma.
For the Blackout Battle Royale mode, Treyarch will implement on consoles a new surface for looting holes that makes it easier to loot certain items. The developer says he will also have two time-limited blackout modes next week. So far, no further details have been provided, but Treyarch is annoyed that more information about the modes and “more blackout news” will be released soon.
In multiplayer mode, next week’s update will add both Elevation and Madagascar to the map rotation for those who own the Black Ops Pass. Treyarch says future maps of the rotation will be “added as soon as they are published”. The update also includes new featured playlists, stability enhancements, and other fixes.
Later this month, Treyarch will introduce League Play in Black Ops 4. This will make the multiplayer match similar to what you have seen in professional bouts. History-oriented matchmaking introduces the participants into groups of 50 players.
