SkyTech Blaze II Gaming Computer PC Desktop – Ryzen 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6G,

CHECK PRICE

This computer sounded great. I bought two of them. It was the worst computer purchase in my life. (And I’m over 40 years old and I bought many computers since its launch). First, one of the computers worked for about 6 months. Then it stopped working and when I contacted technical support it took them a while to contact me. When they finally did, the technician was very helpful, reviewed everything and allowed me to verify the parts of the manufacturers through the computer window.

It turned out to be an HP hard drive. He told me that these hard drives were completely useless and most failed in less than a year. Some of them were bad right away. (His words.) He said he would send me an email with all the information they need to send me a new hard drive, and promised it wouldn’t be an HP brand. I told him I had another computer and asked if he could also send me a new hard drive. He told me he couldn’t because “if it takes a year, we don’t have to replace it.” At least he was honest. That’s more than I can say for the company that makes these computers. Well, a couple of weeks later, the WiFi card stopped working on my other computer.

Then, the hard drive in THIS stopped working and I still didn’t have a replacement hard drive for the first one. To my knowledge, the WLAN card on the other was also defective. I kept contacting customer service and discovered that I was looking for the first hard drive I received. It has been almost a month and there is still no new hard disk (or other parts for that matter). Finally, I contacted the seller and asked him to simply return the computers, since both were broken (and so it was done by sound). .. so I guess I burned on those computers. I am still waiting for my refund, but I have returned both computers. If you are interested in a new computer, I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere, as they seem to fail as soon as the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty has expired (if not before and you will only wait for the replacement parts as long as possible).
