PROS:: The configuration from the beginning was quite standard. There are no obvious problems.

CONS: the SSD provided as an operating system unit failed twice. The first error was “fixed” when reinserting the connections. The second time was much more permanent. All bug fixes were limited to disk, and looking for the type of SSD was a very economical model with a failure rate of 66%. The supplier will only replace it with the exact model that was specified when buying, so I cannot trust it.

Also, they will not send the “new” unit until I send the defective unit, and it is expected to be sent to MY cent. They claim that this was indicated in the email they sent me, but it was poorly worded if necessary. I supported a large provider of PCs / printers, and that is a messy method.

I have been without a PC for three weeks.

Overall rating: support is a bit fast, but not very communicative. Badly formulated emails for the RMA did not clearly indicate that my defective SSD had to be sent before a replacement was sent.
